Teddy is a Sheltie who is one and a half years old. He’s currently training to be an autism service dog; a helper dog who will help a young boy with autism.
Teddy was selected for his confidence, drive, intelligence, and intuitiveness.
In addition to being trained for public access he’s also training to do ‘pattern interrupts’. These interrupting behaviors are capable of helping his charge refocus and break away from a stressful moment.
Teddy’s job is an important one. And he loves it.
